Good! Check in was difficult and I selected pay at the property and they charged me in full before I arrived. I called and asked why and they told Me they overbook and I need it to pay in full or they will not guarantee my booking. Location was great, very clean.
Great stay and convenient location Double elevator - one up to lobby, one up to room, just time consuming but I undestand it. Great location. The Lobby area was very convenient for working/eating/socializing. Love the hotel concept in general, and found the staff to be very eager and willing to help. Remember to use up your resort credits in the restaurant!

Great room. That's it. Stay someplace else. The public space is a nightmare. The music in the restaurant/lounge was unbearably loud. Unfortunately, this was where one of the two check-in desks was located and it was literally impossible to understand what the person behind the desk was saying. Great location to explore the areas around WTC and Brooklyn bridge. Great staff who go above and beyond Great location and a fun friendly atmosphere. The staff were all very helpful and quick service for check in and check out.
