Convenient and comfortable I had no experience with the concept of destination fees, so I was unaware of how they work (in this case you can use them to redeem snacks, drinks or other items at the hotel, otherwise you lose them). However, once I contacted the hotel afterwards, they were kind enough to waive the destination fee considering I was unfamiliar with them.
