Very friendly and helpful staff.
Can't wait to come back to the Moxy! Location is fantastic! So close to the OneWorld Trade Center, shops, restaurants , coffee shops and the Brooklyn Bridge. Staff went above and beyond to accomodate our requests, very friendly! Amenities are very family oriented (a plus for us) but work well for adults too, hotel was very clean, we'll definitely return to The Moxy!
L’ambiance de l’espace Récréation est super. J’aurais aimé être informé avant des frais de voyage de 25$/jour. Cela a servi à payé un repas par jour ma fille au restaurant de l’hôtel. La chambre était minuscule et c’était difficile de se déplacer à 3 dans la pièce.
Rooms are small but have modest yet clever furnishings and features. These include electric blackout shades and dimmer switches all at bedside. The front desk, however, is placed oddly next to a loud and crowded bar rendering it difficult to communicate in person with the front desk at check in and nearly impossible to get the desk to answer and field calls for routine requests.
