Excellent staff and service. Family friendly
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to the station so easy to get around the city!
Shower water pressure was bad. They need a better reception area. It was cramped and confusing, which was exhausting after battling NYC in itself!
I love moxy hotels
I enjoyed my stay!! Malik was wonderful he told us where to park and also gave us recommendations on places to dine and visit! The Dj was awesome she really knows how to host a party!! I would definitely stay here my next visit to New York!!
Good stay, everything good at all !!!
Beware of resort fees! The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was no coffee in the lobby or room. There was a $50/night resort fee which could be applied towards breakfast, which wasn't particularly good and service was slow and terrible. Even getting a coffee was difficult!
