Negative: Housekeeping is upon request only, which was disappointing. The rooms are very small but it is New York. Positive: Staff is friendly and they provide a fun atmosphere. The views are great to see the Brooklyn bridge.

Loved the rooms, they were the perfect size. Quirky and unique hotel. Felt very clean and nice, in a great location with great food spots and a subway station less than a block away.
