Loved my stay here staff was friendly and very helpful ❤️
Compact but clean room
Nice Stay Our stay was nice. I expect a few more standard amenities when I stay in a hotel (extra towels, body lotion, blankets, etc). I don't think I should have to ask at the front desk. The hotel in general was clean. Our room was very clean. The extremely small lobby was congested at check-in but the process was fairly simple and quick. I wish the front desk person had explained things a little more thoroughly but she was hurrying to accommodate the line of people behind us.
Poor management, great location My stay was good, check out and. Service from the manager was terrible. I am not one to make a big deal of stuff but I don’t get that when a customer asks you to explain and break down what they believe and have been told by your assistant manager and others to be an incorrect charge. To not try to explain throughly, to be rude and dismissive, and to offer what you feel is a resolution. After calling for months, sending emails with no response.
