Room was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Would come back just for the food.
We book a hotel in NYC every week. This hotel, while decent, is certainly not four star as rated. It was clean, but very tiny, more so than other NYC rooms, and certainly not an above grade experience. Average, three star would be accurate. Two notable very weird things: There is a picture on the wall that, surprise!, slides away to reveal a glass window that let’s one peer into the bathroom! This hotel is really nice to stay at and anna at front desk was amazing.
Nice location
Overall great stay, had to call several times to get a hold of someone on the phone before, during, and after my stay. Never received a refund for the remaining balance for my incidental fee.
