Great place to stay wonderful rooms
We made sure to have our sign in the door for room service, then when we got back that night, the sign was turned around and no one cleaned our room. They charged an extra $34 a day that we didn’t know about and said we can spend it at their bar.
Beds were not comfortable at all. Curtains a little stained as well. Other than that the hotel was ok
Bar/restaurant is top tier. Rooms are small but expected for NYC.
Staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were very clean. The bar/lounge area was super fun and a relaxing place to chat after a night out or a chill spot to eat in the mornings
