Great location, staff, and lobby lounge area. Small rooms, but fine. I would stay here again. All staff were very attentive and nice.
I enjoyed my stay at The Moxy Downtown. It was quiet despite being in downtown, everything was clean and subways were closeby. I will definitely stay there again.
The front desk manager, Jean, went above and beyond to help me during my stay. I also really like the vibe of the rooms and lounge level. I have instructed my employees to book at The Moxy going forward instead of our usual corporate hotel.
This area was great for Christmas time because there isn't as many people as there are in Times Square. Upbeat hotel with great staff. Great for couples.
Accommodating and friendly staff, welcome drinks provided, and easily accessible to many things around the hotel
The property and stay were wonderful. We were checked in and checked out by Justin, who was incredible in every aspect. He was respectable, friendly, and knowledgeable. The room was perfect for our needs, with a modern bathroom and comfortable bed. The bar staff were quick and made a good drink. Overall I was very pleased with my stay, I’d love to come back again.
