Wonderful staff, fun and friendly. Room was clean and quiet and food was yummy. The hotel is only a few blocks was subway station, World Trade Memorial, Eately….highly recommend The Moxy Downtown.

Nice hotel Service at checking in was checking out was great.
location - downtown, close to 9-11 memorial ans WTC. rooms were small and funky, bar was noisy with slow service (and costly vs. other similar facilities). no room housekeeping (unless asked for). wasn't impressed at all. added charges (destination fees) to the bill came out at over $250 for 3 nights. never again.
