My 1st claim went very smooth, I was impressed and pleased!
Being able to get my car serviced at no charge has been a blessing. I am so glad I opted for this service when I purchased my car. Great program.
I was pretty surprised. This is my first extended warranty. To my surprise, it went fairly good. The only thing I didn't like about it is they will only give me a rental car for only 5 days. Which my truck has a part that's been back ordered and not sure how long itd going to take. .And that's the only transportation I have so I'm pretty much stuck at the moment. But, process was fast snd easy.
Great customer service, punctured tire was replaced with no problem.
Delivered as advertised and service at Peoria Ford was timely and efficient.
Gary was my rep and he provided excellent customer service. I was extremely impressed with his promptness, knowledge and communication skills.
Everything was easy and I was out the door and back in my truck with no issue
