Service repair was approved in one day. It did, however, take quite some time with plenty of proof/pictures/and documentation from the dealer. Sat at the dealership for 4.5hrs waiting for approval so they could start repairs and give me my rental.
Satisfied with the end result, however I was concerned that the oil leak might not be covered by our premier extended warranty.
Service was completed quickly. No issues at all with using MPP.
Dealer contacted MPP, who approved the service on the spot. Dealer completed the service on my truck the same day. A+ Service.
