This was my first experience with MPP. And while Riverside Lexus, along with the service advisor, Tony A****, was absolutely amazing, MPP was very good in their taking care of my car as well. Mr. A**** practically diagnosed the problem before the technician even concluded what the problem was. This was extremely impressive. I was also able to get my car back by the end of the day which also made for a very favorable experience.

It was a relief to find out that my auto repairs were covered under my extended warranty. My bronco was only 7,000 miles over the factory warranty, which was frustrating to need a repair that soon. My MPP platinum plan saved me!! I am thankful that I purchased it!!
