I needed an entirely new transmission and MPP authorized the repair the next day. Without this coverage, I’d be without a car. The customer service has also been amazing! So kind and helpful. 11/10 I would recommend this company - just follow your vehicle’s recommended maintenance and have it serviced at a dealership if you can, and the repairs will be pain free.

Austin was amazing! This is the best experience I’ve had at Nissan in my many years of dealing with them! He made sure I understood everything and was extremely nice. Squeezed me in and got me out in a timely manner. He answered any questions I had! I hope he is still here next time I need service work done because I will definitely be asking for him! Give Austin a raise because he is awesome! ??

I used MPP recently and they approved my mechanic ("ASE Certified Master Mechanic), and paid my claim promptly and easily. No problems. $100 deductible.

Very easy to deal with. Repair shop handled all communications. Saved me around $900 for the wheel bearing repair. Wish I could extend coverage past $100k mileage!
