Awesome service from MMP, I was really skeptical how things were Going to work buying my car in another state 6 1/2 hours away, I just knew there was going to be a problem when I got to my local service dealership the service dealership desk made one phone call on the service agreement contract and that’s all it took , I have paid 0 dollars on any scheduled routine services and they even honor synthetic oil changes I just found out, MMP is awesome, I would highly recommend this Company
I was a bit put off. The work was completed correctly but at the end I was charged a $100 deductible. On my paperwork it states that there is a “disappearing deductible “ and I shouldn’t have been charged this. If it only applied when I had service done at the dealer I purchased the vehicle at I should have been informed when purchasing the policy.
