I was a bit put off. The work was completed correctly but at the end I was charged a $100 deductible. On my paperwork it states that there is a “disappearing deductible “ and I shouldn’t have been charged this. If it only applied when I had service done at the dealer I purchased the vehicle at I should have been informed when purchasing the policy.
