Wonderulful, fantastic hometown AC service. Got me in within 2 days and the ability to schedule online is fantastic. No one else will service my AC.
If I could give a half star I would. Improper install leading to multiple attempts to get them to fix the new furnace. Gas line not installed to code and required a new installer to fix their error. Owner misrepresented status of the warranty to avoid fixing his mistakes. DO NOT USE unless you hope to be disappointed.
We had a 26 year old system, that unfortunately continued to freeze up. We called Mr. Heating and Cooling LLC and Kenny was at our house within an hour and a half, needless to say we live in rural WV (45 minutes from anywhere). Kenny was very punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He gave us a reasonable estimate for a new split system heat pump.
