Unfortunately, we had an awful experience with Kenny. He had always been dependable for regular maintenance but when we needed a new unit, he was less than thorough. We had three weeks of excuses as to why he couldn’t get a unit. He wouldn’t return calls until prompted by text. When we needed trouble shooting with the new unit, he said he needed to check with the company for a new code to increase the fan speed because he was unfamiliar with the unit he had just replaced. Friendly and caring, the owner came checked our hot water and furnace after flooding this week. Helped me with what hot water heater to get to replace our damaged one. I highly recommend them.
