We had a new heat pump and furnace with UV installed. Kenny installed the units by himself. He is courteous, answered our questions by talking to us and not over us, was timely in his duties and completed his work in a very professional manner. Cost was well within normal range for what we had done. Fantastic service and experience! Quick and easy to get an appointment and costs were appropriate. It was a difficult install but the techs were outstanding and worked diligently to get it perfect. They even put up with my messy house and garage.
Was having a minor issue with the heat pump. He came out and quickly fixed the issue with the ac and got it ready to go for winter and the heat. Plus answered my question and showed me more about the thermostat since my husband usually dealt with it. Thank you.

We had a 26 year old system, that unfortunately continued to freeze up. We called Mr. Heating and Cooling LLC and Kenny was at our house within an hour and a half, needless to say we live in rural WV (45 minutes from anywhere).
