I began the lease application process, toured an apartment, then decided not to sign with MSC. Though at first glance their benefits seem great, upon further examination they are clearly out to nickle and dime your money away at every opportunity. For example, the apartment I was going to sign for had a rental price of $1200/month which "included" all utilities except for electricity, and access to MadHouse. Do not ever live with this company. They are highly inconsiderate to their tenants, as evidenced by the 3 months it took to address a rat I found in my kitchen and them continuing to enter my apartment during daytime hours unannounced while I slept for night shift. It's been 50 days since we moved out and we have still not received our security deposit that was promised within 30-45 days. Every time we have interacted with them, it's been disappointing.
