They want our Review as it stands right now, it'd be a 3 only because of how nice Dr Megan was to our Dog. As for the Techs, they need to read what my Mother emailed them. She has a hard time speaking and only Texts as a way to communicate. She puts all our Animals Vacs & other Dr Appts on a schedule so she can plan ahead financially. If they don't have a Policy for this, they should. Cause not everyone is made of money
Zero stars if I could. They would not fill my dogs meds and without them she’s a total wreck. They wanted to do a FULL visit JUST to get money out of us when we’re from out of town and simply forgot our dogs meds at home. How shady. We literally have a copy of the prescription. Do yourself a favor. They don’t care about your pets. Just your money.
First expensive, second 17 minutes late for my Pickles appointment, with no apology until I mentioned it. Third the vet called and informed me " all her labs are fine " . Well I asked to get a copy of these uber expense labs and her urine has elevated ph and protein, sounds like that's not " just fine " . We will be going somewhere else , there is other vets who actually might be able to read lab work. be a little more reasonable and if running behind, be respectful and tell the customer and apologize. I'm done
We were customers here for years and loved it but the last year has just been horrible customer service with no attention to detail. We canceled our monthly services and switched vets
they didn't even try to help me when my puppy was dying. told me to take it an hours drive away. puppy didn't make it. they acted like they didn't even care.
We have used Mt Hood Pet Medical for a lot of years and through several pets. We have always been happy with the service and have always felt like family. On several occasions over the years we have even had vets or the manager call to check on our pets. The manger, Rochelle, has always been great and has always gone above and behind. Dr Richardson was my veterinarian for over a decade since he was at the old location for until they moved to Mt Hood Medical . Since he retired last year . Also, the precious owner sold the clinic to a new owner. There are many changes that I am not happy about. My recent experience and treatment at this clinic was so bad that I decided to take my dogs elsewhere.
