After putting our frightened little dog in a cat stretch (according to the tech), to give him a shot, we vowed never to go back. Plus we were prescribed a heart worm preventive medication for a 2 year old dog without a heart worm blood test. The tech said it was rare so a test wasn't needed. One little problem with that, I've heard it isn't that rare from other vets, secondly, if he HAD heart worm the meds would have KILLED HIM. Business response:
We are extremely sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service you received when you were in over a year ago in January 2016. I have taken my dogs there for years. When my Best friend was dying all they cared about was the money! At one point they told me I could take him somewhere else if I couldn't pay $400 now. I understand they are a business but j always paid my previous bills for years
I think I was over charged and under serviced. I 2as charged 550.00 for a diagnosis of a fever and a prescription. But no answers, 300.09 for x rays that we asked to keep to a minimum. This place gets a no confidence vote from me. We work hard for our money
Place looks very nice but that's the only good thing about it what a crock took our dog there 1200 dollars they said for surgery went to another clinic a mile away $300 not sure where the $900 difference came in this place is overpriced I wouldn't take my dead hamster there most people can't afford 1200 dollars or more for surgery up front and that's what the people make you pay if it wasn't for checking around we would have had to put our dog down not sure how they can charge people that when you can go other places for the... read more
