RecommendedAdded a new kitty member to our family a couple of days ago & he started sneezing constantly & drooling horribly. Being Saturday afternoon I called Mt. Hood Pet Medical & they got Guinness right in! I can’t remember having such a great experience with a vet EVER! Dr. Wheeler was great with Guinness & interacted with me showing me the baby teeth he is in the process of losing, causing the drooling & that he has the onset of an upper respiratory infection. I liked how they did some research on options for my cat who suffers an ear infection and are testing a swab to see what the infection is so we can find a solution that will work and not just run him through a mirade of things that "may or may not" work. Getting to the bottom of what the cause is and then addressing is greatly appreciated! Saves us time, $, heartache of watching our cat suffer through perhaps multitudes of procedures.
Dr. Wheeler is the best! our boys love her to death and she's so great with them and truly cares for the boys well-being

I am thrilled to have found a new Vet Office I love as much as Mt. Hood Pet Medical. My two dogs, Toby and Ivy, and I have seen 3 of the 5 doctors working there and have had exceptional experiences with all three. I love the entire staff, from reception to techs to the doctors. I had my first visit to Mt. Hood Pet Medical today and was blown away by excellent customer service and even more so that my dog was actually comfortable. I wasn't looking for a new vet, I had just come in because my regular vet was full, but after seeing my usually vet fearful dog's positive reaction to the staff here I will surely be coming back. Thanks guys!!!
