"Help with new car" I purchased my vehicle on 11/9/17. My salesperson was young and not very helpful. I had an issue with my navigation system and no one could help me. One day I went in for service and walked into Michael Lyles office, I asked him if he could help me? He helped me without any problem. He took the time to explain things to me. "Service Center" Service writers were most courteous and polite. They explained/confirmed everything that was going to be done for my 40,000 mile service. I will DEFINITELY return to the service department for my Volkswagen. ........Hopefully the dealership sees this. For a $700 service bill, I would expect that they could at least wash my car when they are finished.
"Incredible Service!" Driving from Atlanta to St. Louis, and had coolant leak. Felt I was in the middle of nowhere, when I found this dealership. Unbelievable customer service! Dylan was excellent!!! They not only had the part needed for repair, but helped me in getting to my destination when I could not wait for the repair. It has been over 9 months, and the car hasn't had a problem since. I couldn't be more thankful to all the men working here. What a great company!!!

The man who solved the problem, I think his name is Tim, also took the time to make sure the car was fixed right.

They are honest in their dealings, telling me that certain items which I had asked them to check out did not need repair. They repaired my air conditioning system with an inexpensive part and that's after I told them I thought the problem was in the compressor. They are also very fair in their pricing.

I have a wonderful experience evey time I have my vehicle serviced there. I recommend this dealership to all my friends for their car servicing needs.
