Our overall experience was very positive. The sales process was very professional without the "used car" selling pressure techniques. They patiently worked with us to find a vehicle that matched our budget and our son's needs and desires. We didn't buy the car we originally contacted them about but found another car that they worked with us to get into our budget. We had to pick it up after hours and they assisted us to arrange for this. An overall pleasant experience and a high recommendation from us.
