Dealer responded in a timely manner. He was pleasant and gave me the requested information.
Quick response and okay experience except that I Drove 2.5 hours to look at the VW GTI to purchase and was informed it was sold 30 minutes prior to my arrival. No hold was ever offered to me on the vehicle and I lost time and money from missing work. This could've been avoided in the future by offering me earlier appointments. Being a customer whose traveling so far away (who was obviously a serious inquirer) I just felt like my time was wasted. I confirmed the appointment before I left. Great place to shop for a car
Wonderful
I'm assuming that the car was already under negotiations because it sold days after I inquired about it. Not to mention that there wasn't any incentive to come look at the car although I Was coming from two hours away. It was basically take it or leave it when it came down to price. A sales rep did respond to my emails in a timely manner.
