More clarity during the underwriting process when asking for certain information. Desired requests followed by a reason for request would be cause for applicant be more forthcoming.

Chad was great to work with. Always ready to answer any questions we had and always kept us informed along the way. Made the whole experinece better knowing that he was availble to us and knowing that he was working had to ensure evertyhing went well which it did. I advised Michael Eller to let me know when rates dropped to a certain point, and he did just that. Refi was super fast and efficient, and fees were much lower than other lenders.
