My experience with Mutual of Omaha Mortgage was excellent. Ken was on top of everything all the time. He returned my calls within minutes, always and answered all of my questions. It is difficult to do a mortgage remotely and I was reassured and felt very comfortable during the entire process.

So far so good! I had a wonderful experience with a cash-out refi and will certainly work with them again for my next home purchase. All of the staff are completely accessible to answer all questions and they provide proof of their desire to build lasting relationships with clients.
I had been trying to get a refinance and I thought everything going OK but Chelise McGhee just stopped contacting me about it. I sent message after message and phone calls but I started this on December 20 2023 and around January 21 I never heard from her. I got tired of trying to contact. I would not recommend her or this place for anything. By waiting so long and trying other mortgage companies this made my credit score go lower which hurt. No recommendation. No rating low enough.
