There were too many unexpected "additional" requirements for a refinance loan. Once you determine the size of the loan is appropriate for the value of the property, and the customer has the ability to make monthly payments that should be all that's needed for approval. However, I do want to say that everyone was great to work with. It's the process that's the problem.
