Jor was so personable and took the time to answer any questions. His follow us skills as well as communication are second to none. I would recommend Mutualnof Omaha to everyone but tell them they MUST deal with Joe. This gentleman deserves a raise and a promotion. He could definitely teach others the importance of communication skills and follow up.

Kenny did a fantastic job handling our loan! Absolutely great customer service, very accessible knowledgeable and professional. Never waited more than a few minutes to get a response back wether by phone, text or e-mail. If you're using Mutual of Omaha mortgage I would ask for Kenny! Highly recommend and I was in the mortgage business for 7 years back in the day 😊
