In my experience, refinancing a home loan can be daunting. Travis and his team made sure the process was seamless with clear communication. They were not unreachable, which meant a lot for someone like me. Their app showed me where I was in the process, aligning with what they were saying. I closed sooner than expected, which was a bonus. I would definitely refinance again with Travis and his team at Mutual of Omaha Mortgage.

Mark Fischer was so helpful and truly patient with a couple of clients that are definitely not technically up to date on managing transactions by wireless phone. He was there no matter what time we needed questions answered or how to handle getting information needed to complete our home equity loan. Could not have gotten through this without him. Kind and competent. I enjoyed working with Andre. If we'd been able to avoid an underwriting issue and closed as originally planned at the original rate, the experience would have been perfect all around.
