I would compare Matthew with using SIRI on my IPhone. He was always available when we needed him. His level of honesty and professionalism was wonderful!

Overall process was completed before due time and in good order. My only caveate is I would have liked to see/review the closing disclosure earlier than was afforded for purposes of knowledge of all monetary procedings.
