Michael and Lisa did their best in servicing the first loan. We missed the expertise of Lisa during the second round. Michael was in communication as often as he could be regarding progress and documentation. The one issue making the process laborious was the disconnect between the actual lenders - bean counters - and what we were told by the Sales Manager as to what would be expected from us. Couple of snafu's. One was you telling us mortgage insurance would be included in mortgage from the first time we talked. Two, not all of high interest cards were paid off and Ally bank loan was not included. It would have benefited us more to not pay some of the lesser amount cards off and put that to BOA cards and Ally.
