Chandler and his associate Aaron McGill kept me informed of the loan progress throughout the process. They were always available to communicate with and very pleasant to deal with. The loan approval took two and a half months, longer than I expected. The Covid-19 loan restrictions added to the delay. Also, the IRS ROA transcripts were difficult to access so that added to the time. Being self-employed required a lot of documentation also. I have no problem recommending Chandler.
