I had a good experience with Chandler.... Negatives had to do with multiple times coming back to me and asking for more information which got frustrating after the 2rd request for additional info. I recall probably 5 additional times I had to hurry and get more info submitted after being told they had all they needed to get this loan finalized. He has a really good personality but needs to be a little more organized & cognizant regarding the timing of what he requires from the customer.

Chris replied promptly. Easy to work with and very pleasant. Things were delayed but not his fault. He kept us updated which helped a ton!
