Ryan did not constantly go for the deal. He spent a great deal of time getting to know my intent for this refinance and its purpose. He corrected my thoughts where needed as he is in the mortgage business, I am not. We came up with a plan that made sense as at age 71, my wife and I do not need the money. It just made sense I have already given his contact info to my family etc. And will contin6to do so. I will be discussing refinancing my duplex shortly.

Then Ryan would call me and go over every thing explaining what they needed, where I needed to e-sign and answer any questions I had.
