Chris was great...very responsive to questions, patient with explanations, and navigating the process for me. The reason I give an OK rating is due to some apparent hiccups in the document approval part of the process. May just be the nature of the process right now with so much being online, but it seemed like there was a bit of a "telephone game" where information wasn't transferred from my online application to the approval documents as fully as I would have expected.
