The process was far from easy. We felt that the process was more difficult due to the fact that we just had a baby. We submitted countless documents related to her maternity leave and are still having issues with this even after closing the loan. My single income is more than enough to qualify for the loan but due to the unorthodox nature of my work as a agency nurse they were unable to come up with a solution. There was a bunch of miscommunication, too many different people to deal with and was not getting clear information between lender and title company.

Uncertainty on closing costs until very last weeks, where I have asked to be transparent and share every detail as we are new to the US. We had no idea that we are buying points, that insurance and taxes are paid in advance.

I am beyond UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED on how things were handled our final weeks before closing. For someone that is supposed to look out for us Steve did the opposite and wasn't transparent. First, our appraisal came in under the offer price, we noticed that a few items within the report were not accurate.
