Chris and the team at FIB helped me re-finance my house to a new type of mortgage. While other bankers were slow to understand the requirements, Chris got me an acceptable closing disclosure doc in a couple of weeks. I also worked with Chris when I first bought the house - FIB had the lowest rates. I had no hesitation in calling on Chris again to help me with the new loan. I have recommended FIB to my friends where I live in Texas, even though they're a Hoosier bank. Nationwide, these guys are your best bet.
