Chris was helpful throughout the process and quick to reach back out to us and answer any questions. We did throw a small curveball at them and change to a closing company we were familiar with in our area, but it was handled by Chris and his team very well. I liked the email updates and help along the way. Some of the home buying is terminology and finances was a bit hard to follow at times, but he helped explain and answer any and all questions. First Internet Bank has consistently had the best mortgage rates and closing costs the last five times I have obtained a new mortgage or refinanced a mortgage. Max Kotterman is an excellent communicator and provides great customer service.
