Everyone was so helpful and available. As I'm sure you are aware, it is a confusing process for most people who don't deal with loans day in and day out. Entire journey was fantastic. It all started on 1st July 2020 with a formal discussion around refinancing, and completed all the milestones by 29th July 2020 including closure. Scott was very helpful to provide me the best interest rate with the appraisal waiver. Based on my experience, Quick and clear communication with a committed professionalism is one of his strength. Overall I'm happy with FIB, but it showed that everyone is incredibly busy right now handling the increased volume of refinances. Definitely wasn't the same experience as my last refinance.
