I have completed a mortgage with Max Kotterman and his team three times - in August 2018 when we purchased our new home, in March 2019 when we refinanced, and in February 2020 when we refinanced a second time. Max and the other employees I worked with did a fantastic job all three times. I checked with three or four other companies and none of them could match the low interest rate and low closing costs I was able to obtain through First Internet Bank of Indiana. Thank you!

I was working with Max Kotterman during my mortgage process. He was very kind and patience with me. He is very knowledgeable person and was helpful during the entire process. I was little bit skeptical in the beginning to select FIB of Indiana but Max made the entire mortgage process the least cumbersome in overall home buying experience. I am very satisfied with Max and FIB of Indiana and will refer to my family and friend.

Bill was great got me approved, had my credit rescored worked with me to get all docs required. He got everything done from start to finish in 4 weeks and then contacted me after closing to make sure everything went smooth
