I was moving from Japan back to the US and even though I was 13 time zones ahead, we had great communications and was even able to close on the loan in less than 30 days. Have recommended her to both people I have met since closing that are wanting to buy a house this year.

Kim is an absolute rockstar. She held our hands through our first home buying experience which was a drama- filled new construction! She was so kind, answered every question with patience, checked in regularly, and always responded quickly. We could not have done this without her!
