The extra steps that Kim took with regards to reassuring the seller's broker secured this home for me! Additionally I am beyond grateful for her time during odd hours to go over any questions and concerns I had.

The frank straight forward approach of Kim was really easy to work with. She start with the best quote that none of the other lenders were able to beat. She was not only open to discuss questions regarding the process but was able to guide us when we requested her opinion. Most of what we liked was the pro-active approach and easy to reach and communicate on phone anytime. Would like to appreciate her team member Sue too. I got quotes from a lot of other mortgage companies and Mark always gave the best rates and service. The app is very convenient to use to upload documents and sign forms. The whole process was easy and painless. If you are looking for a mortgage, don't waste your time with other companies. Just go with Mark, he will get it done.

When I decided to purchase this home, a court ordered sale (with an unhappy seller), I already had a trip to Europe planned which made the timeline tight to complete the mortgage application. Mark made sure that all the necessary forms were submitted before I left the country. When one more thing came up that needed signing and the laws in the Netherlands didn't allow me to access that site, Mark found another way for me to electronically sign. It started with Mark he was great. When I emailed him, i received a response right away; not days within 10 to 20 minutes. Mark answered every question I had, which made the buying experience so much smoother. When I needes to gather documents that process was easy to do. I was told what documents were needed and how to send them. Everything was streamlined to make the process easier.
