Amanda, and her team at Central Trust Bank, were fantastic to work with. Amanda was prompt, knowledgeable, and quick to assist throughout the entire process. Her underwriting team was exceptional in assisting through the new home construction process. The builder was not great to work with and Central Trust Bank work directly with them as much as possible to alleviate my wife and my need to spend hours on the phone. Great experience! Will reach out to them for any further mortgage/refinance needs!

Bottom line Mark and Matthew got it done! Our first lender continued to drop the ball on an easy loan, and we decided to make a last second change. Mark got us a slightly lower rate and brought us to close in just a few weeks. His communication was excellent and so was his ability to deal with difficult sellers. Calling Mark was the best decision we made when buying our condo.
