Mark was awesome! Told me what he could do up front then made it happen. In this market we put in a half million offers and Mark was always available to update numbers so that we fully knew where we stood. Communication was incredible. We highly recommend working with Mark to get your mortgage done.

Mark and his team were awesome - when I first called him I walked him thru my situation and he advised what he could do. We worked thru this insane sellers market where I probably put in 30 plus offers and he was available every day of the week for updates. He told me how the process would work and what we would need and when the right house came thru for us, so did Mark. Could not be happier and highly, highly recommend him. You will be as thrilled as I am. He was even able to close early for us at our request....

I must admit I was a little weary using a lender in Kansas with me living in Virginia, but I couldn't have been more at ease. Even more, being a first-time home buyer and not knowing the process made me paranoid. Everything was done online via a secured portal. What I appreciated most was Jeff's personal touch.
