I started the loan process with a different lender, but their large size resulted in customer service that was subpar. I reached out to FMD as a backup plan and was assigned Mark as my loan officer with Matt handling the administrative side. The backup plan should have been my first and only plan from the start. Amanda at Central Trust got me a rate lower than anyone else was offering while also covering the most for closing costs. She was great at walking us through the entire process and keep us informed. The closing was also quick for a VA loan. We will definitely go with her and Central again in the future when we're ready for another house.
