Amanda Park helped us on our first home purchase from Aug 2021 to Sep 2021. Amanda is very helpful. She responded our phone call or email promptly. Consistent communication, the flow of the process ... it was all great. My only suggestion would be to update some of the automated communication to make it seem a little more modern. So petty, I know, but you are a modern operation and your automation should match your great service. I was surprised by how long it took, but I think those were our circumstances being self-employed. Top-notch service all in all. We got what we needed in the end and I can not thank you enough!

Mark is definitely the best at what he does! He is a No nonsense kind of guy. He gets the job done it’s what he does. From the moment we talked I could tell he was going to be the lender I wanted in my corner. He dealt with a lot from my realtor that I was contracted with and didn’t even flinch the man took it in stride and does what he does best, his job! If I ever was going to need a lender again I would definitely use Mark, no joke! Thanks Mark for all you did brother I appreciate you!

I emailed April about loan rates at 5pm MT - she called me at 830pm her time on her way home from work and promised to send me quotes the next day. They were in my inbox by 7am MT and from there I knew I had the right person who was going to help me get my re-fi done.
