The 4 other teams I have dealt with seem like they have no idea what they're doing and just react to 3rd party expectations requiring me to do more work and/or accept expenses at random times throughout the process. So in comparison, dealing with April and her team was a pleasant change. April said she could get me a good rate rate with no appraisal required, and delivered.
