The disconnects in the loan payoff amounts along with learning about the escrow requirement for flood insurance was disconcerting. April did work hard to get the loan done during crunch time, and I appreciate that, but it shouldn't have come down to that.

Kim is spot on, I am in the industry myself. I had another originator who slightly beat her in pricing, but Kim had a great baseline of knowledge and is clearly very experienced. So I decided to stick it out with Kim. Well worth it, no extra steps, no painful repeat emails where you send the same thing over and over. We closed from start to finish in 10 days. I know where to send friends and family when they do not want to use the company I work for! lol.

I was not happy with the added cost at the time of closing but that was well explained to me why that happened. Over all it was a Greta experience for refinancing with Kim.
