Kim was great. There are definitely a few things that could have been a little better. I felt like I had to be in constant communication to make sure everything went well. It took a few days to lock the rate after our realtor reached her. If I hadn’t called her my rate would have been higher than 3.0. I believe before that weekend it was 2.8, and we ended up with 2.99. The appraisal Took too long as well. I appreciate her professionalism and can do attitude.

My refi experience with Central Trust Bank was quite pleasant due to the awesome service by Amanda Parker. She has been very responsive and attentive to our my questions and needs. She guided me through the whole process and let me know exactly what documents were needed. Once I uploaded them via their online app, she provided with target closing date.
