Incredibly efficient! I think we closed our refinance in just under 2-1/2 weeks from online request to full closing. Hand holding all along the way as needed from Mark and his team. Mark seemed literally to be available 24/7. He answered phone calls and emails from me on weekends and well into the night. Never felt like I had to wait when I was unsure of next steps. It’s not a fun process, but it’s hard for me to imagine anyone doing this better.
