Mark is honest and sensitive to the needs of customers. He knows the market, particularly the bay areas inside out, and helped me walk through every step of the way, from day one. Jake was helpful anytime I had a question. Overall the process was painless. I like the platform for signing docs electronically, and uploading requested docs, in short, neat and simple. Closing took a little longer than expected, but the rate was terrific (3.125% fixed 30 year). I don't think the long closing time was anyone's fault, more a result of circumstance. It's seems as though everyone is talking about refinancing right now. Happy I was able to get it done. Went from 4.5% to 3.125%
