Our loan office Jake Longhta was just awesome, customer friendly, always available and gave excellent advice. Start to finish process was completed via email communication (my preferred method) and not a single call was required. No surprises, No overcharged, No nonsense transaction. We search online mortgage lender and they were referred to us from Costco. Jake contacted me immediately, gave me initial quotes
