We found Rob through Costco's program. He called us the day we inquired(on a Sunday!)...we had reached out to 4 banks, the others didn't respond until the next day, at that point We had already decided Rob was our guy. We had so many questions and work pretty crazy hours...Rob was so patient with us and took our calls when we needed him. This whole process went so smoothly, much easier than I ever thought it could be!

Communication would have been better. Loan costs were fuzzy. Jake was out of office on the day of closing. Property tax was unexpectedly rolled into the loan last minute without notice.

Eric was very quick in taking care of everything to make sure we closed in time or we even could have closed early from his end of things. He was very responsive and he answered any questions I had in a way that made me comfortable with the process which was entirely new to me.

We refinanced not one but two properties with Robert. In addition to dropping our payments dramatically (one went down over $500 a month) the whole process was just so easy. Doing the two properties almost one after the other we were able to minimize paperwork and hassle. I would definitely work with Robert again!
